Hey guys! Here's where we'll lay down a few ground rules. This is a dressing room, so we'd like things to be as relaxed as possible, but well, everywhere needs a few rules! Let's make this short and sweet:

Character: Nagisa Hazuki

[Being around water, and subsequently being damp, was nothing new for Nagisa Hazuki. Especially in recent months, with the Iwatobi Swim Club moving in to high gear for the upcoming tournaments. But he had gone to sleep in his tent on the beach after a long day of setting up camp and running have a leg of an intense training regiment, and he had been dry.

Had been.

He wasn't anymore, and that was the first thing the blonde teen realized when he sat up, touching his hair first, then his shirt before finally opening his eyes and sitting up groggily.]

Haru-chan... ?

[No answer, and with a yawn and a hand across his eyes he finally became aware of the unnatural light that was all around him, plus the cold stone beneath his other fingers. Looking around revealed a plaza, people milling about as if nothing was wrong at all, the distinct lack of his tent-mate and the balled up sleeping bag he had been clinging to. If Haruka was gone, Makoto and Rei probably were, too...

But...]

Where am I... ?

[His head tilted back, back, baaaack until he was able to stare at where the sky should have been, only to find it gone. And in its place, water. Water held back by nothing more than a bubble.]

Whaaaa? ... that's... that's so cool!

[So much for being worried about his location...]

Character: Monaka Miyama-Uguisu

[Monaka should had known better than to look up. She wasn't sure what had happened, but she already felt wary of the situation. Her whole body was drenched in cold water. It soaked right through every layer of clothing she wore, it saturated her hair, and dripped off the tip of her nose. The soft, rhythmic sound of water dripping did not calm Monaka in the slightest. It only made her far too aware that, before she arrived here, she had been in water. She had been too close to the water, perhaps.

Perhaps she had fallen in.

She looked around her, hoping to see something familiar but everything was too new, too shocking. Even the trees seemed odd, maybe it had something to do with the weather? Monaka glanced upward and was instantly rooted to the spot. A man making his way through town tried to speak to her, but Monaka could not hear him. Her eyes were trained on the sight above her head, at the wide expanse of deep blue water, barely held back by some unearthly force.

The sight of it sent a chill down her spine. It reminded her far too much of a time long ago, when she could still see her parents' smile, when she could see them face down and unmoving.

All she could feel was a deep-seated terror as it worked its way through her body, paralyzing her to the spot.]

No... Please, no... [It wasn't directed towards anyone in the area. She held herself tightly, trying hard to push down the fear that had lodged itself into her throat.]

It can't be real... [It was a nightmare after all. The world was closing in all around her, that thin barrier that held back the water was sure to break and then -- and then -- and then --

Monaka held back a sob as she held herself tighter, trying yet failing, to bring herself back together.]

Character: Reisi Munakata

[Hello citizens of Vatheon. Today's weather is rather pleasant isn't it? Nice and warm and rather ideal for a dip in the water right? Perhaps that was the trail of thought that Reisi had followed, for there dressed in a rather skimpy and gaudy starfish patterned speedo was none other then the Blue King himself. Does anyone care to tell him that he looks ridiculous or to at least put on some more clothes?]

Character: Meer Campbell or "Lacus Clyne"
Fandom: Gundam Seed Destiny
Player Name: Umi

[So today anyone in Vatheon will find a young lady in this outfit sitting on a bench in the plaza all by herself. She seems lost in thought before deciding to sing a song quietly to herself in a capella style. Though she suddenly stops singing and her expression turns into a troubled one. Perhaps approaching her might help your character figure what's going on with this girl.]

Character: Ickis
Fandom: Aaahh!!! Real Monsters!
Player Name: Moony!

[Okay....ending up dumped in a water fountain wasn't bad- at least there had been slime at the bottom! And Ickis could swim so that wasn't an issue either...it was trying to go down the pipes and ending up in an unfamiliar sewer that had caused the little monster to panic.

Then he'd found the little SFC and the panic had died off to be replaced with curisousity. Poking around a little he managed to figure out the voice function.]

Okay...I-I...I think this is one of those uhm, haha, phones. So...if there's uhm s-someone named Bradley here can....can *squeaks* _{can you please help me} I THINK I'M LOST!!!!

C) Suddenly, by the force of Vatheon, an over zealous npc, or even your character's friends playing a joke, your character suddenly finds themselves wearing clothes they otherwise would never wear.
D) The city of Vatheon is under attack (again). Giant sea-creatures are wrecking the city (again). Time to prepare for battle.
E) A new plot development has happened and your character has decided to get some more information from one of the NPCs.

F) Whatever the heck your beautiful heart desires

[Being soaking wet is nothing new for this particular newcomer to the bubble, but showing up somewhere new, with no explanation certainly is He's looking around the Plaza, in surprise, one hand held near the gun on his hip.]

Teleportation? What's going on, 001?

[The longer he waits without getting an answer, the more concerned Pyunma gets. A lack of answer either means that 001 fell asleep again immediately after teleporting him... or that the person who brought him here wasn't 001 at all. Either way, standing around and waiting to find out is just inviting trouble.

With that in mind, he takes off toward the closest side of the dome over this place. If he can find a way out of this underwater city and into the ocean around it, he can scout out this place more safely, and maybe even find out where in the world he's ended up. His red uniform feels like a bright target painted all over him, but he doesn't have many other options. He just keeps moving through the streets toward the barrier as quickly as he can.]

Character: Walter Bishop (season 1&2, OU)

[Typically, people are quite confused upon being kidnapped to a strange world. They think about how they got there, how to get home, how they'll live from then on... Not Walter, though.

Walter just thinks he's high.

It makes sense, really. There's no technology he knows of that would allow for an underwater city like this, not in his world or on the other side. He's also quite certain that there's no species of coral known to glow quite like that, or provide a nice tingling sensation when touched. He did just watch that strange "Spongebob" cartoon again, so his mind has probably provided him with a vision like this one.]

Excuse me! Do you know where to find meowing snails?

[No harm in interacting with his hallucination. He might as well enjoy it before Astrid shows up like a buzzkill.]

Character: Marcello.
Fandom: Dragon Quest 8.

[Marcello's body quietly lay amongst the rubble for some time. The bits of rocks made him feel woefully uncomfortable. And the one lying beneath his elbow did indeed jab into his arm and make him move. And he was soaking. Even if he wasn't lying amongst the rubble back on Neos - he thought he was - he was still rubbing the back of his head and feeling wamrth run to the side of it. While it felt strange, for he was soaked through. He swung over his arm and rose to his feet as slowly and clumsily as he could force his body to move.]

[He took the time to orient himself. It was strange. Night had spread like a dark veil across the sky. He saw beyond his pile a clean city. He stropped then and waited for his mind to catch up with his eyes, with a hand gripped over his amulet like a talisman. His free hand pushed his sword down stiffly, like it was struggling against some unseen force.]

"It seems fate got the first word in after all."
