[When new arrivals show up in the Plaza wet and confused, they usually end up looking around a lot. A big bubble under the sea is a lot to take in, after all!]

[But not this guy. He’s standing in the same place he showed up in, dripping water everywhere from his mass of hair, from his weird skeleton-suit. The skeleton design painted on his face is smudged and dripping too, but he doesn’t seem to be paying any attention to that. He’s been staring at you for the past five minutes. Yes, you. It’s kind of creepy. It’s like he’s looking into your head.]

[Some time later, Kurloz has dried his hair, so it poofs around his head in its normal insanity. He’s made an attempt at fixing up his face paint, but without a mirror and paints with him, it’s not completely perfect.]

[Instead of speaking, he steps back, gives the camera a smile and a wave. Then he starts making rapid gestures. To someone unfamiliar with sign language, he might just look crazy.]
