[ Being soaking wet was a feeling that she felt sometimes, but Hilda usually expected it to happen when it did. This time, she hadn't. And she hadn't expected to suddenly be in a place she didn't know, either.

Then again, did anybody expect that?

Her first instinct after she regained her bearings was to check her belt, breathing a sigh of relief when she found all six of her Pokeballs still attached. Next, she checked her bag. She looked in there, checking to make sure she had everything that had been in there before ... sure enough, they were there, albeit waterlogged.

Okay. Good. There was no mugging or anything being washed away involved.

Next was to figure out where she was, and, perhaps more importantly, how she had come to arrive here.

... But where should she even begin? ]

[Suddenly, there is a very busty lady holding a cheap beer in one hand and looking downright bored already.]

[ There is one new arrival to Vatheon that hasn't quite completely registered that he's in an entirely new world. Probably because he is considerably worse for the wear from his trip through the water down here.

He's not exactly a very healthy boy on the best of days, though his illness isn't nearly as debilitating as it was in the past. Still all that cold water hadn't exactly been good for him. He was shivering, his wet shirt plastered to his thin body and his green bangs stuck to his face, partially obscuring his vision. Not that he was looking at much while he was busy practically hacking up a lung with a coughing fit.

Hovering next to him was a worried looking alien-like 'lady' (who is actually a pokemon... and a dude) his his hands on Wally's shoulders, obviously trying to give his trainer a little comfort. ]

I'm... I'm okay...

[ He wheezed, trying to reassure the obviously worried Gardevoir. ]

I... think...

Ugh!

[You know what's a bummer? Having one of your most raddest of bass guitars get drenched by salt water. There is no worse killer than salt water to instruments.]

[Like most new arrivals to Vatheon, Marceline is in the plaza. Also like most new arrivals, Marceline can be found in a state of freak out. It's not over her situation, however. She's seen stranger things in Ooo, after all, what was the big deal of an underwater bubble city? No, right now, all her attention is focused on the sweet axe she has in her hands and which she is furiously drying off. Nothing really out of the ordinary here.]

[Besides. Y'know. The fact that she's floating as she does it, legs curled as though she really is sitting on more than air.]

[She seems a little frustrated at the moment. Approach: Y/N?

[There was a general consensus around the bubble that new arrivals were going to react in a number of ways, but most of them scaling various ranges of upset, confused and freaked out. Even if the new arrival wasn't exactly yelling their disgust at the situation or panicking over some one they left back home, chances were they weren't being entirely calm about things. They'd just been dragged against their will to another world, after all. It wasn't exactly something that sat well in most people's minds.

But this one... well, it would be safe to say he wasn't exactly "most people". If he was irritated, upset, or otherwise perturbed about this situation, he certainly wasn't showing it.

While others had gone for the towels, or went to pick up pamphlets or even talk to other people that were around, N was simply sitting on the ground, back against the fountain, still dripping wet from his trip through the sea. His face was turned up, baseball cap sitting next to him along with two red and white Pokeballs, though his focus was almost entirely on the bubble that enclosed the city and kept the sea back.

Eventually he did move, though, but only to pick up one of the Pokeballs and stare at it, expression just as blank as it had been a moment ago.]

So... this is how it is then.

[Izumo had been going to class one minute, talking to her friend Paku along the way, and the next moment, she found herself drenched from head to toe and standing in the middle of a very unfamiliar place.

And so, a very alarmed and very soggy teenaged girl found herself shivering in the middle of said plaza, looking absolutely terrified and doing her best not to show it to all of the unfamiliar people that now surrounded her]

Hueco Mundo was practically bone dry, so when he awoke in the center of the plaza he had a good reason to be alarmed.





Especially considering he actually recognized his surroundings. It took the arrancar a few minutes for everything to fully click, but as soon as it did he was pissed.]</sub>

...What the fuck. _{[Two years. He had been gone for two goddamned years and they just dumped him back in the plaza like he was nothing!]}

[ Chika was no stranger to strange things. Her family was the epitome of strange things, and that didn't include their history with Digimon ... which wasn't nearly as strange to her. Chika had never been whisked away to another world before, however, and that ... was exactly what had happened here.

So now, Vatheon, there is a young girl standing in the plaza. She's soaking wet, standing fairly still, tiny little hands balled into fists at her sides. Chika's trying to hold it together, really, by asking herself how her family would handle this ... how her father might have handled it ... how her brother would have. They had been to a different world before. They would face anything and everything head-on, and not be afraid. Right?

And she herself had gone up, alongside her partner, against something terrifying.

Chika continued to remind herself that she shouldn't have been scared. She was a Daimon. She was strong.

... Despite the constant reassurance to herself, though, Chika was frightened. Very frightened. Her eyes welled up with tears, but she tried to hold the urge to just cry inside. ]

D-Daddy and Masaru-niichan ... wouldn't be scared. Right? Neither would Mama ...

[ She sniffles, wiping her eyes.

She was still a child, though. Who wants to help a bitty? ]

[ As it so happened, being soaking wet didn't really jive with the whole godtier schtick. Wet wings were heavy, wet pajamas even more so, and uncomfortable to boot. Aradia, normally master of her own abilities, was left to wonder if the cool godtier powers hadn't or couldn't have come with some kind of self-drying function. Though, she supposed she could just fly around at high speeds until the wind dried her off. The weather was pleasant enough, so she wasn't cold... just very very damp. And since she hadn't come back to greet herself yet, or provide herself a change of clothes, it stood to reason that there was probably a very logical explanation and that she would have to figure it out on her own.

This place was unusual to say the least. If everything she saw was to be believed-- and she didn't have a whole lot of reason to believe otherwise-- she was now underwater in some kind of submerged city. If it triggered some instinctive uneasiness in the back of her mind, from the part of her that had once been alive on Alternia, the thought was drowned out by how impressive it was. Besides, if it was sturdy enough for people to live here, then it was safe for her to stay, at least for the moment.

The thrill of the adventure would have been even greater if she wasn't so busy. There were dreambubbles to steward, things to prepare for. So many things. All of things, that had been, currently were, or would be. Getting to her feet, she inspected the plaza with puzzlement, not quite sure where she was, really, but knowing enough to know that it wasn't where she was supposed to be and nowhere she had ever been before. She had no idea what to make of the people around her, the humans who seemed to be going about their day more or less heedless of her sudden presence. At least no one was giving her particularly funny looks, no more so than usual.

Which meant that either her appearance here was expected or not unusual, and that meant it was high time to ask someone what was going on, the nearest person she could find. ]
