I know that we're under the sea, currently, in a bubble.
I know Vatheonites, as the locals are called, will not be forthcoming in any type of information when posed with a deeper question than "where is the nearest cafe".
I know that there are shops here, run by Vatheonites.
I know there is an elevator shaft that leads to an island above, with many strange and wonderful creatures.
I know there's no escape.

You have done rather well for yourself with gathering information!

The city's bubble is maintained by the great coral Lamufao, and the locals worship it as a deity. Presumeably, that is what draws those from other worlds here and it somehow uses us to power itself.
