Suddenly light flashes in, the interior of the underwater city (and in particular, the fountain) viewable to all as the video flies into the air, showing the wide open jaws of our favorite god puppy on its way back down before the scene descends into darkness once more.

[Yep, Rinoa is becoming convinced he can understand her, which is the craziest thing she's encountered so far. Dogs from her world, even her dog, aren't that smart.
