Is it like that one game where the people were stuck inside the game? [Because she had been playing video games before this, right? But this wasn't anything like her game, either--] Maybe it's a super rare event! Or maybe I was chosen as a beta tester for something, and it glitched and now I'm in the game world!

[Yup, that sounds right. Or something.

She keeps walking, wrapping herself in the towel as she was on her way to get something dry.]

...The background music could use a little work, though. Maybe the lack of background music is part of the glitch.

There aren't any. A curse might bring something unusual every now and then, but it's a rare occurrence.

Not an inaccurate way to put it. The set goal of this "game" has definitely been a mystery for quite a while. One that I'll be unraveling soon enough— after all, no mystery is unsolvable for Akise Aru, world's greatest detective.

But where's the development in that? The aspiring detective has to overcome obstacles and grow as a character before he can be the greatest!

[A pause.] Or he'll die a heart wrenching death just short of getting what he really wanted.

I think that the development of the case would be more interesting than the development of the character.

Both of them are equally interesting when you watch it, though. Even though after a while, detective shows become predictable.

..Ah, but the show definitely wouldn't be about me, so I don't think it could be considered a detective show. I'm merely interested in uncovering the enigmas in the world of others that surrounds me— my own world is unmistakably centered in these investigations.
