[Hello, Citizens of the Sea Bubble! Come say hello to your newest resident- a rather water logged teenager. Oh, but not just any teenager- it is the other half of the Okumura Twin Package, Yukio Okumura! As of right now he is currently sitting next to a nearby fountain wringing out his soaking wet teal colored coat back into the water, a almost unpleasant frown etched onto his face as he drops his coat and moves onto the next item. Both of his guns... Oh boy... This could take some time unless someone is willing to lend him a hand.]

[Today is one of those days, you know? The sort of days where you know that things are going to get weirder and weirder and even more weird? Yeah... One of those days... As it is, Yukio blinks and looks down accepting the pink towel that was offered to him.]

[ He picked it special. As soon as the towel is offered however, he hops up to the side of the fountain with a bit of effort due to those stubby toy dog legs and sits down. A puff of smoke and he's back to his normal form, legs crossed and calm as you please. ]
