Eikichi woke up face-down on the pavement of the Plaza completely drenched. Son of a bitch. Now his clothes were all wet and his makeup was running. Dammit.

"Damn demons," he cursed, pushing himself to his feet then whipping out a hand mirror to fix his makeup. Looking bad was just out of the question. He had an appearance and a reputation to keep up, after all.

And when he put away the mirror, that was when he noticed something was wrong. He stuck out like a sore thumb, tall and twiggy, with bright blue hair, eyeliner, and heavy jewelry. Eikichi glanced around at the place. It didn't look like anywhere in Sumaru, not that much of the place was left now. It could be another rumor running rampant, changing Sumaru into something like this.

"Okay, someone tell me where I am and what the hell's going on?"

"Uh huh! His name is Minato - do you know him?"

Cause it was always so so nice to know you already had friends around in this place.

Eikichi shook his head and shrugged. "Nope, haven't heard of him."

"You should meet him - he's really nice! And he has blue hair too!"

Selphie smiled and gave a happy nod, "There's loads of nice people round here."

"Oh yeah?" Eikichi hadn't met many people with blue hair, save Chikarin (who dyed her hair too). Then again, he dyed his too. "Not as good looking as me, I'm sure." Just a little vanity there.

Selphie thought about that for a moment, looking up over a little more closely, "Hmm... Just different, I guess. You're both pretty cute!"

Cute. That was a good word to hear. He smirked, practically sparkling. "Good enough, babe." Had to keep up that sexy appearance, of course.

"Tee hee!~" Selphie just giggled. He was cute, but she found him so amusing too. She wasn't sure if he was supposed to be or not, but it was enough to keep her giggling.

Well as long as she was laughing because of what he said not because of his looks, he was alright. He was rather touchy about his appearance, at times.

He grinned back at her. She was an interesting person and definitely fun.

"Well, I'm super excited that you came to Vatheon - I can't wait to get practicising, and to pick out an awesome new outfit, of course!"

Actually, the wearing the costumes and doing the makeup would probably take the most concentration!

How could she not be? He was amazing, after all. "Excellent. We'll rock this bubble, babe." It sounded like a good plan, finally achieving a dream, even if this wasn't Japan. Then again, he wasn't sure if Japan still stood anyway.

"Alright! So soon as you get yourself settled here, we can get to work, right?" No pressure or anything that you've landed in a new universe.

"Absolutely," Eikichi agreed. "We can practice until we're the greatest band ever, and I'm certain we will be." He knew nothing of her skills, but he had faith in her already. Determination would be enough to get them to be the best in this world (not that he knew if any other bands were out there anyway). It was a fresh new start to achieve his life-long dream.

"Awesome!" At that Selphie held up a hand for a band high five, looking just the epitome of excitement. Ah! Her dreams too!

And Eikichi didn't leave her hanging. He high-fived, looking incredibly excited and pleased. It was really the first time that it felt the dream was within reach.

"Great! So, soon as you're settled, you'll come lemme know and we can get this showon the road, right?"

Oh you'd better, mister.

"You got it, babe," he replied. Trying to settle down somewhere was probably the harder part as he had no idea anything about this place. This wasn't Sumaru City anymore. He left a lot back there.
