[Mituna, like most others, did arrive in the plaza very wet and very confused, with the added issues of having a hell of a lot of water stuck inside his helmet. When he'd finally managed to tug it off the resulting deluge had sent him into a spitting fury at himself and the general vicinity, during which he'd sent said helmet bouncing off across the plaza.
He has since retrieved it, and his skateboard, and has found his way to one of the walls of the bubble around the city.
And there he's been sitting since, his helmet and skateboard hugged to his chest, watching the fish moving about outside. There's no mistaking that black and yellow jumpsuit to those who know him, nor the hopelessly unruly mop of black hair sitting on top of his head like some half-insane dandelion, falling to cover his eyes and the threads of blue and red veins that span out from his temples and surround them.
It could have been minutes, or hours. He wouldn't know if you asked.]
